Terry Taylor

Terry is the third generation raised on the family farm north of Chinook, MT. After graduating from Chinook High School, she attended business college in Everett, WA. It had always been a dream of Terry’s to meet her extended family in Alaska. Following business college, she spent a year working in Alaska. Montana is HOME and has resided here since. Her son lives in Billings, MT and the light of her life is her grandson.

Previous work experience includes bookkeeping/administrative assistant positions, partnerships in a Fire Protection Engineering firm (where she prepared awarded RFPs for military bases) and a Plumbing/Heating firm. Work as an Assistant to the DA Davidson Estate Planner provided an insight into legal documents and the importance of “striving to preserve the Montana Legacy”.

Terry is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Montana Association of REALTORS®, and the Big Sky MLS. As a real estate agent, it is her duty, obligation, and honor to adhere to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, which holds true to all walks of my life. In addition to her Real Estate career, Terry is also the on-site Administrative Assistant for the Canyon Ranch in White Sulphur Springs and the Community Coordinator for HRDC (Human Resources) in Meagher County. Her position with HRDC allows her to assist her community members with a multitude of needs.

Currently, Terry lives in White Sulphur Springs, MT. She has been in real estate since 2016 and joins Legacy Lands with a multitude of real estate transactions in her portfolio. Representing both Sellers and Buyers has given her great insight into her clients’ needs.
